Some of its wholly owned subsidiaries include ECS Computers (Asia) Pte Ltd, The Value Systems Co., Ltd and ECS Technology (China) Limited. As of January 11, 2008, VST Holdings Limited had acquired a 96.38% interest in ECS Holdings Limited.
