Only your nick name(chosen by you) will appear with the content you submit on the site but your email address will never be revealed. Yes, you can change your username anytime. While you are logged in, click on the tab labeled as "My account" at the top and it will give you option to change your username or password.

Logging in reduces the chance of spam. It also enables users of Criticat to view the history of their activity on Criticat and modify/delete their submissions.

You can search for companies, view their ratings and reviews without logging in. If you need to review/advice your employer, you will need to log in.

Criticat.com has emerged from the need to make workplaces transparent to the outside world. It is also an informal avenue for employees to give valuable suggestions to their companies. See "About Criticat" for more details.You can read more about it. here

The Criticat score is calculated based on the following six parameters: Work Culture, Salary and Benefits, Job Security, Career Growth, View Point about Manager and overall recommendation for the company. Each parameter here can be rated on a scale of -5 to +5. Since there are 6 factors and each factor vary from -5 to 5 so maximum avg score of a company can be 30 and minimum avg score of the company can be -30. Total avg score which is between -30 to 30 is then mapped on the scale of 1 to 100 and expressed as percentage.

Yes, you can edit/delete all reviews and advice you have written. In order to edit any review/advice, go to "My Account" section on the top corner of the site. All the submitted reviews/advices are displayed in different tabs. On clicking the heading of the review another page is displayed which provides you with the option of editing or deleting it.

When you are logged in,there is a 'My Account' tab at the top right corner. Click on that tab and you will be able to see what you have submitted so far.

Most companies don't have a mechanism for you, an employee, to rally support around issues that you strongly believe in. Criticat provides you a platform to anonymously build consensus around issues that you care for. Posting your advice on a public forum will also ensure that your senior management is prompt in addressing your issues.

We provide you a platform where you can openly seek information/viewpoint from other users for your query. It provides you a means for unbiased opinion of others.

Lot of times you want the opinion of your colleagues on a particular topic. You might have a solution to a particular problem but not sure if your colleagues will agree with you. By creating a poll, you can build consensus and cause the change.

You can review your company only once. However at any time you can update/delete your review.
