Work Culture: 
For me the exp. with the HR dept has beedn very very poor. Any query will be replied with a copy-paste job from the policy document. Not beyond that because most of the times they have no clue abt it.
Position Title: 
Software Engineer
Salary Benefits: 
One of the lowest scales in the industry. The takehome part will be much lesser compared to others. The appraisal percentage is also one of te lowest.
Career Growth: 
Being one of the biggest organizations in terms of manpower Vertical progression is very slow. My friend is still running after the managers and HR to upgrade his band even after a good performance. Promises are just words.
Manager: 
This might differ from project to project. There are good, competent as well as bad and inefficient managers. This is true for all the corporates not just Wipro. Its all based on your luck that you mighit end up with a good manager.
Overall Comments: 
While joining bargain and bargain hard for your pay and make sure get a decent takehome. Their pay calculator is helpful. Really good place to learn.
