Work Culture:
Though theere is no rocket science going on here but still people are allowed to implement what ever ideas they have. Meeting deadline is a must, else your ass is on fire.
Position Title:
Team Leader
Salary Benefits:
Salary is among top 10 in NCR. Bonus is as per their perspective. If u work for 11 hrs a day u get good bonus else u may get humiliated.
Job Security:
Job is not secured at all. U lick ass of key people & work 11hrs , ur job is safe. Else u become eligible for regular firing regime.
Career Growth:
It is again based on politics. Also it is a false growth. U would fall to ground once out of Tribal Fusion
Manager:
Tribal Fusion is one of the most miss Managed organisation in the world. People in top are most immature guys. They dont know management at all and they dont like managers. Its real crap.
Overall Comments:
I recommend this company only for 1 yrs exp & till 3 yrs exp so that they get to know things like -
1. how to work like a Slave 24x7.
2. To get an exprnc of how worse things can go in life.
I will not recommend it for-
1. People who give value to family.
2. People who do not want to have work place hazards- like slip disk, wrist pain, etc.
3. people who think they should have some time for themselves every day.
*There is no great work going on in Tribal Fusion.
