Yes: Microsoft cannot afford to lose the engineering/developer folks. Layoffs are only for poor performers
May be: Join and if things go wrong, capitalize on the monetary front (~6 month pay)
No: Things are uncertain, it is depending too much on destiny and luck
No way: It is sucidal to join Yahoo at this juncture
What's wrong: Not aware of anything going on between Yahoo and Microsoft
